Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician

Full-time

Work hands-on at our assembly line placing, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit boards — SMT and through-hole — to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • • Placing and soldering components (SMT & through-hole)
  • • Rework, repair, and modification of assembled boards
  • • Visual inspection and quality checks at each stage
  • • Maintaining a clean, well-organized workbench

What we're looking for

  • • Soldering / electronics assembly experience (fresh technical graduates are welcome too)
  • • Attention to detail and patience for precision work
  • • Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
  • • Willingness to learn new tools and techniques

Customer Support Executive

Full-time

Be the friendly voice of Etherlog — helping our customers with their products, service requests, and day-to-day queries across phone, email, and chat.

What you'll be doing

  • • Handling customer queries and service requests
  • • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with our service center team
  • • Keeping accurate records of every interaction
  • • Following up to make sure every customer is satisfied

What we're looking for

  • • Clear, friendly communication (English & Hindi a plus)
  • • A customer-first attitude and patience
  • • Basic computer and email proficiency
  • • Flexibility to work across shifts
